We need a live in house keeper at our Apartment complex. This offers no pay however we provide a Studio Apartment with all of the bills paid including Gas ,Electric , Water , Trash , Cable , Internet and a free laundry. This is part time and you would be able to have another part or full time job as we are flexible on when the work is done. We are looking for a tidy , organized individual with experience in cleaning and property care. You would maintain the cleanliness of the common areas , hallways , and all general areas of the property making sure all the vacant units are ready. Make sure all areas of the property are neat and clean. Act as an on site point of contact for minor resident needs including lock outs and giving vendors access to the property.
