The Process Engineer will apply process and project engineering techniques to improve moderely complex manufacturing processes and products. In this role, you will provide technical support, operions experience, continuous improvement techniques and project management skills and be a contributing member of a team on moderely complex issues reled to the operional domain area. You will provide guidance and oversight of external third parties th are utilized the site and improve the stability, capability and availability of processes while reducing variability and mitiging risks in the operional area. You will enable the operional area to achieve variable and fixed cost and opering efficiency targets, while protecting our people, communities, the environment and assets and honor our business obligions.
Collect and analyze moderely complex operional da and trends and develop recommendions and plans to improve the performance and reporting process of manufacturing equipment and processes and ensure consistent monitoring and early warning indicors.
Collabore with maintenance leadership to plan and schedule maintenance of plant systems using reliability models and predictive technologies.
Collabore with internal technology and finance operions stakeholders to monitor and manage variable and fixed costs the site.
Plan and monitor production shutdowns ensuring legal and preventive maintenance compliance of manufacturing equipment.
Partner with process engineers to analyze capital expenditures and moderely complex project designs to find more efficient, cost effective approaches to promote higher quality and reliable outcomes.
Serve as point of contact and interface with third party personnel to set priorities, monitor safety and improve their skills over time.
Partner with relevant personnel from other departments within the site or across the business to benchmark practices and assist in the creion of stregies.
Independently solve moderely complex issues with minimal supervision, while escaling more complex issues to approprie staff.

Minimum Qualificions
Bachelor’s degree in a reled field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of reled work experience
Other minimum qualificions may apply
Preferred Qualificions
Six sigma green belt certificion
Experience with operions da and design programs and applicions
Lean certificion
Experience and skills leading moderely complex projects
Strong da analysis capabilities including continuous improvement experience or certificions
