Every month SPG conducts mystery shops all over the US, if you are too busy this month, try next month!
Service Performance Group needs shoppers with AAA memberships to conduct mystery shops. These are shops we do every month to test the performance of the AAA Process, from request for service to service delivery.
We need shoppers to request service for a pretend lock out or dead battery and report on the service.
