With warmer weather predicted for next week, it is the perfect time to get that leaf clean up or gutter cleaning project done you've been putting off. My prices are lower than others sales prices (and have remained the same for many years), and gutter cleaning is always free with any full lawn clean up project (single story, roof accessible). This recent cold weather hasn't provided work opportunities, so I'm eager to get out once again and earn your business.
As an older adult I do things old school. That means correctly, completely, always on time, always available to be contacted, and attention to detail is put to every project. I get the scrap in lawn clean up projects that others leave behind. If you haven't had these things provided from your current or former person, give me a call for a free estimate.

Make sure whoever you choose can do the entire job and properly. I do the complete job and never expect any payment up front or until EVERYTHING is completed, as stated in signed work order (with leaf/lawn clean up projects). I have fixed or finished more lawns than I can count for people that went another route first.

When doing any work other than mowing, price and terms are plainly stated in writing in a signed worked order agreement, so everyone knows exactly what to expect. There are never any hidden cost, no payment is ever expected until all work is complete as stated, and you receive a copy of the work order.
