Genie AWP-36S Lift - $8,900 (Valley Center)

This lift was purchased new by us to be the interior floor lift for our new house build project. It was purchased new on 12/09/2021 and then served the construction of our home for 2 ½ years as needed for interior work. When the job was complete we wheeled it out of the house and over to our workshop where it has sat unused since. It has never been used or stored outside. Its’ life has been much easier than a rental unit.
Everything works as it should. Can be tested before purchase.
Unit can roll through a regular walk door. It can be loaded in the bed of a pickup.
