ICT Sketch Comedy - Auditions Open (Wichita)

This year, Flying Pig Improv in Wichita, Kansas is launching a brand-new, writer/performer–driven sketch comedy show built in the tradition of The Second City. The ensemble will create and perform original sketch comedy that’s weird, smart, locally rooted, and unapologetically political. Expect sharp writing, bold performances, and comedy that actually has something to say—while still being very funny.
The team will be formed through a writer packet submission process, with submissions open throughout February 2026. Selected writers will be invited to audition and perform their own material as part of a collaborative ensemble. Submissions are open to performers 21 and up who are excited to write original sketches, develop them with a group, and bring them to life onstage.
