Steel decor stand. I believe this intended to hold a column candle. It could also be used to hold a flower pot or a vase or a piece of glassware for a candle. I bought years ago at an estate sale and never used it. I gave it a good clean-up, and a light sanding, then gave it 2 coats of a flat black primer. Came put beautifully. You can see the transformation.
Stands 27.5" tall.
