Midnight needs a home WITH NO OTHER PETS (Derby)

This is Midnight. She is around 4-6 years old. She is not spayed but will have a rehoming fee to cover it so I know it’s done. She is STICK obsessed ! Loves to run, swim, play fetch, & anything else that involves playing with her people. She loves her toys and is crate trained. She will come with a bed, toys, crate, collar, & leash.
SHE ABSOLUTELY MUST BE THE ONLY PET IN THE HOME.
So I don’t know what drives it or causes it but she does fine with pets and then randomly will snap out and attack them so she absolutely cannot be with any other animals, no exceptions.
She knows basic commands, is off leash trained(obviously supervised), loves going to the river to jump in and chase her ball.
