The room has a nice-sized closet and a large bathroom (shared) on that level. There is also a large family room for your use. You will have access to the Kitchen, dining room, and Living room. There is off-street parking. This is a quiet house, I work a lot . When I am not at work I am at work. The price of $440 and part of the utilities.There is a shared fridge and all cooking equipment is supplied. A small fridge in the bedroom for your convenience.
