The keyboard tray is articulated on a heavy-duty arm that has horizontal adjustment as well as a tilting feature. And when not in use, the tray, including your keyboard and mouse, can be slid out of the way under your desk. The smaller mouse platform tucks away under the keyboard tray and can be mounted to either side of the keyboard (lefties rejoice!).
The tech info for this says, “Enjoy custom comfort and easy space management with the fully adjustable Fellowes® Keyboard Tray! Simply grasp and rotate keyboard tray to your preferred work position. Use a single knob to adjust the height and tilt up to +0°/-10° for individual comfort. Both keyboard tray and mouse tray include soothing gel wrist supports. Mouse tray mounts to either right or left side or stows underneath for easy storage when not in use.”
The gel pads are included with this item; there are a few blems on them, but they’re still in good shape. The photo of the mounted unit is from promotional material from Fellowes (that keyboard and mouse are thus not included in this listing) but the other photos are of the unit I have for sale, still tucked away in plastic wrap.
This keyboard tray is intended for use with a desktop that can accept mounting screws on the underside. I had it mounted under a worktable that was about one-inch thick but as long as you can get a solid bite for the screws, you’ll be all right.
