Sleeps up to 10 people. We just don’t use it like we thought we would. Pulls like a dream. Queen bedroom and separate bedroom with a fold out full and 2 twins. Love seat makes into a bed as does the table. It’s a bunk house take the whole crew. It can run off solar power, propane or electric. It has a fireplace/electric heater built in. Hooks up for washer and dryer. Also 2 A/C & heat units for Outside kitchen with fridge, ice maker, flat iron grill and sink. 2 exits 3 slide outs. Roof is great we had it re-sealed last fall per manufacturer suggestion. Still like new condition.Text to set up a time to come see it. 316-eight 4 one- 7 nine zero 3 no I do not need help selling it.
